AMAN LODHA

Aman is a law graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, New Law College, Pune, and holds a master's degree in Private International Law from the University of Rajasthan. He primarily advises corporations and banks on transactions and dispute mitigation. Aman regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Courts of Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir, NCLT, DRT, RERA, and various tribunals and forums. He has extensive experience in real estate advisory, due diligence, loan documentation, and drafting development and concession agreements. Known for his calm under pressure, practical thinking, and strong organizational skills, Aman delivers swift, honest solutions to complex legal challenges.

PRANAV PAREEK

Pranav is an astute advocate with experience across corporate law, venture capital, and litigation, including land disputes, civil, criminal, commercial matters, and white-collar crimes. He practices primarily in Rajasthan and across states like Delhi, Gurugram, Bhopal, and Indore, appearing before the Supreme Court of India, Rajasthan High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, RERA, DRT, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He began his career with Singh & Associates, Gurugram, in their Dispute Resolution Team. Pranav strategically assists corporations and banks with transactions and dispute mitigation, specializing in negotiating, drafting, and vetting transactional documents for project finance, real estate, and corporate compliance.
